    • 简介:中国江河湖泊众多,泥沙淤积问题严重,大量淤积的泥沙使得河湖的行、蓄洪能力下降,对人民的生命财产造成威胁,对长江黄河等水域进行清淤疏浚已成为一项长期和艰巨的任务。在河湖疏浚及港口航道建设工程中,广泛应用绞吸式和耙吸式挖泥船。这些类水力式挖泥船,均采用泥泵、管道输送泥沙。泥沙输送过程动态特性直接关系到挖泥船作业的安全性和经济性,因而受到疏浚界的广泛关注。本文利用计算机VISUALBASIC编程语言,在对泥泵输沙管道系统进行数学描述的基础上,建立了泥泵启动、充水、输沙的动态仿真模型。针对不同土质特性,对单泵、双泵串联输送进行了仿真计算,得到了泥泵转速、扬程、柴油机扭矩及功率、泥泵入口压力、管道流速等一系列参数随时间的变化过程,揭示了疏浚过程中可能发生泥泵汽蚀、机组过载、管道流速低于临界流速等一系列不利现象。本文工作有助于进一步认识泥沙输送过程,为挖泥船安全高效运行和泥沙长距离输送提供了有益的参考依据。

    • 简介:本文基于CADCAE软件,针对大功率发动机齿轮传动系统做了以下几个方面的工作1、建立精确的三维渐开线齿轮参数化模型应用PROENGINEER软件的“参数”和“关系”等方法,并考虑实际加工情况,通过创建精确的齿根过渡曲线等方法建立了精确的齿轮参数化模型;结合PROGRAM方法,实现了由同一个齿轮模型生成直齿轮、左旋斜齿轮和右旋斜齿轮功能;基于齿轮啮合原理,利用圆柱齿轮的啮合平面,实现了无干涉装配,并可获得任意的齿轮啮合状态。2、齿轮静态弯曲、接触有限元应力计算对齿轮几何模型进行了结构简化和边界简化;在静态弯曲应力计算中,采用扫掠划分的方法,选择齿轮端面网格和引导线,生成六面体单元,考虑了齿轮的实际啮合接触线作为加载位置;在静态接触应力计算中,选用更高效的映射法创建了一对啮合齿轮的有限元模型,选择具有代表性的啮合状态进行分析,并采用MPC单元的方法直接对主动轮施加扭矩。最后结合齿轮特点分析了应力结果。3、齿轮低速运转时的应力计算利用MARC提供的非线性分析功能,采用刚体控制方法,通过对主动轮施加较低的转速,对从动轮施加阻力矩,模拟齿轮在运转过程中的应力变化情况;研究了摩擦力对接触应力的影响,对一个轮齿啮合周期的应力变化作了详细的分析。4、齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命分析利用有限元分析应力结果,在MSCFATIGUE软件对斜齿轮齿根处进行了全寿命分析,求出了齿根处的寿命结果,并找出了失效区域,最后对指定的典型节点,进行了疲劳设计优化,并以载荷作为比例因子,对疲劳寿命结果进行了灵敏度分析。本文工作的完成,对提高发动机齿轮传动系统的寿命和可靠性,提高设计质量,降低设计费用,缩短开发周期,具有较好的工程实际意义。

    • 简介:造型是工业设计永恒的主题。功能主义、使用设计乃至生活方式设计曾经覆盖了人们对设计的所有思考领域,但是一切功能、结构、人机、市场需求的实现都应该立足于以人为本,并最终归结于造型的表达,所以本文首先对造型做了一个深入的研讨。汽车作为对人类生活影响极大的所谓“第一商品”,其造型也必然的受到各方面因素的影响,并且反过来影响人类的各个层面,特别是其他种类商品的造型风格和趋势。因此,本文对于汽车的造型设计从科技、文化等各个方面展开研讨,并着重运用视觉心理学、审美生理学、仿生学、形态语义学等方法对汽车具体的造型风格、线型特征、视觉功能等做出自己的判断,继而得出较有普遍指导意义的法则。出于对社会生活中实际需求的体察,确立了社区用微型电动车的概念。为此,首先着手开发适用于该车型的新型电动车底盘,并且对其进行了动力性能和行驶状况的试验,取得了进一步开发的技术前提。在此之上,运用前述的法则,并细化为微型电动车的造型设计对策,完成下一步使用功能的设计,最终达到功能合理、使用方便、造型美观、绿色环保、经济适用的要求。
